Approximately 8 months ago one of my relatives lost his job that he had been employed with for about 18 years, because he could not get along with his new boss. The boss had never held the job that I did and she had unrealistic expectations of what could be accomplished in a day. It was hard watch this hard working person sink farther into discontent because the expectations of his new boss could not be met. Finally after a request he shape up or resign, the reality of looking for another job after so many years sunk in.
Fortunately he had 6 months of pay coming and had time to make some plans. He had a lot going for him and he was loaded with some exceptional people skills, was a very organized worker and had exceptional keyword analysis for online marketing skills which could help if the decision was made to go it alone with a online business opportunity. He was aware of his people skills, organization skills and exceptional online marketing skills and decided to do some online research to become a distributor. After doing some surfing a form was filled out to get more related information about internet business opportunities and the concept seemed to perk his interest.
He could not believe the number of emails and telephone calls that he began to receive based on filling out that form, and started thinking that just maybe he a great chance of making this work. Most of the internet businesses that contacted him were selling ideas or information. Most of the information received from phone calls and e-mails was get rich quick crap which we all know is just to good to be true.
Then one day out of the blue he received a call from a women in Canada who represented a company who was looking for qualified people to become a distributor to sell her products. She wanted him to learn more about her company and the products she sold by visiting her website. He went to the website and reviewed the products and definitely liked the products the company had to sell. This opportunity was not like any of the replies and phone calls he had received before, this company had real quality products and the management would actually provide support to get his business off the ground and all he had to do was to agree to take ownership and work hard. He was totally taken back when after he asked the women from Canada what would the start up cost be. This women let him know that she first had to interview him to see if he would work out to become a distributor.
Every other business did not require any prior screening and couldn’t care less who you were as long as they got their money up front. Now that 6 months have passed, he is calling on people that filled out forms to feed his own growing business .There are so many people that no longer believe in internet businesses and so he had to develop his skill to do a great deal of listening in order to prove that to become a distributor for his company would be different. At any rate, he is excited to get out there and test the waters. Now that he is making money online.
It is very Unfortunate that honest online businesses have to overcome the stigma of being a scam before promoting their business. But it is still worth the effort because the internet just keeps growing and online sales keep growing right along with it. You can still find that honest opportunity to become a distributor for a quality company that sells quality product or services. So don’t get discouraged that special business is still out there. Now if you are willing to bust your butt and do some serious work , many of the owners of a distributorship will help you get started when you become distributor. Of course folks becoming a distributor is just one option when you are looking for a internet business opportunity.
