Unavoidably for any business, there are really meticulous customers that demand flawless services. They expect highly so much from the establishment. For a pest control company such as us, we have already encountered several meticulous customers and there were already a number who complained that we are not credible enough to provide pest control services.
We take that constructively and endeavor to better our services. In the years that passed, we also acknowledge the fact that there are customers who praised us for job well done. It is indeed heart breaking to hear negative comments but it can be managed positively by committing to do better next time.
