How to generate passive income using a simple plan of action

Having a side-line or a second income stream is possible if you go about in a smart and determined way of working. These days there is a way of using a bit of smart thinking and the wonder of the internet to generate passive income. An alternative is to buy something that regularly gives you a steady income each month.
The thinking here would be something like a trailer or condominium which you can do up if you buy a cheap one. Get a good one and start renting it out straight away. After some sometime it would have generate a nice few dollars in the bank. You could then go ahead and repeat the process and build up a nice steady income and some real assets. It’s best to do a little figuring out on paper before you start, then action part and putting your plans into action.
