Wearing the right clothes for the right occasion is something one should realize. Say for example, you should not wear a gown if you only intend to go to the mall to shop; or you should not wear a jersey uniform when you attend a birthday party unless you are attending a costume party. This means that the clothes we wear also describe the occasion or place where we are going. Churches are very much particular about dress codes and they often require a specific type of clothing for their members. For instance, there are churches that do not allow their members to attend church gatherings if they wear informal clothes or clothes that do not suit the occasion, and clergymen usually wear Clergy Robes. Well, I actually agree with these churches because when one praises and worships God, he should present himself with due respect to his Creator and wearing the right clothes is one way to express that respect.
