This means that you need to establish your video as worthy of a viewer’s time within those seven seconds. That’s not a whole lot of time to work with, if you’re trying to get your viewer to stay with you.
While many people who start video blogs do so primarily for the hits, it’s hardly worth the time, effort, and even money expended to create video blog posts if nobody stays and watches the fruits of your labors.
Also, hooking viewers is a good way to get repeated visitors as well as the almighty “subscriber,” or somebody who actively seeks out your video feeds.
So, how does the entrepreneurial video blog producer get up to snuff with those seven seconds?

Don’t go for the elaborate opening. While it’s certainly appealing and fun to sit around and make a theme song for your blog, we recommend against taking up 20 seconds of your viewer’s time with cutsey logos and Yamaha keyboarding.
Most viewers are more interested in what you have to say rather than how well you can rhyme. If you must have an opening, keep it to three seconds or less. Remember the seven-second rule – if the entirety of the seven seconds is taken up with useless intro, the chances of losing your reader goes up exponentially.

Pay attention to your audio. Unless you’re filming in the bowels of a library, no room is silent. (And, frankly, no library is entirely silent either).
You need to be aware of the sounds in the room you’re filming in. If the background is nothing but chatter and construction noises and thunderstorms, your viewers are going to have a very hard time understanding what you say.
Spending a few minutes to figure out where the optimal, silent area of the house (or wherever you’re shooting) is located can be the difference between thousands of viewers and none. On this note, be sure not to play overbearing background music over your words.
Many video blogs have guitar riffs that are louder than the person speaking, and this is unfortunate. If you live in an area that’s constantly loud or you just can’t seem to get rid of high levels of background static no matter what you do, consider purchasing a microphone. This will help ensure that the audio that gets to your viewer is the audio you want them to hear.

The heart is a funny, funny organ. Not only does it pump blood, but when emotions are involved, most people will be so affected that the rest of the day will suffer along with it. This is perhaps the biggest blow that relationship problems deal with the human race. How does one bounce back from a breakup with the person you have loved with all your heart? Is it possible to get on with life in the absence of that loved one? You may have invested your whole life in him or her, only to have the door slammed in your face. What should you do now? All you feel like doing is moping in front of the TV behind a closed door, with the shades drawn, stuffing your face with junk food. But do you know that getting active can help you cope with your tumultuous feelings?
Working out might be the furthest thing on your mind in the aftermath of a breakup. After all, who is there to look slim and fit for? You’re not exactly excited to get back in the dating scene at this point. But exercise does more than just make you look good. It actually makes you feel good, too, literally. Exercise releases “happy hormones” called endorphins, which make you less prone to feeling depressed. Scientists prove that these hormones give you a sense of happiness. This is why many doctors recommend people suffering with depression to exercise at least three times a week. Results have shown that people who followed the advice coped with their depression just as if they had taken antidepressant drugs.
Next, exercise gives you something to focus your mind on. The last thing you want to do right after a breakup is to spend every waking moment reminiscing happy times with your former lover. Well, perhaps within the first week you may still want to do that as a way of dealing with your sadness. But after the first week, it can get very heavy and super tiring. Getting on with an exercise program will give you a goal to reach, whether it is to slim down or just to get in shape. Focusing your mind on something else can help do wonders to your aching heart. Physiological stress on the body is lowered with exercise too.
Lastly, if you exercise in health clubs or in a group, it gives you a chance to mingle with other people. It’s not saying that you should go out right away and meet the next per son to date. But sometimes it might be a good thing to get to know other people or just spend time surrounded by new faces to explore. Of course, the intention is not to replace the person you’ve lost, but simply to fill up your time with new relationships. See this as merely a way to get yourself occupied to keep from wallowing in your sorrow. Oftentimes, we lose perspective after being away and out of sight for a while, and starting to mingle with new people breaks that negative pattern.
These perks that exercise offers should give you enough reason to get off that couch and start using the stairmaster or hitting the local health club. So while it may pain you at first to put on your running shoes and sweats, just remember that taking it one step at a time is what will bring you the most comfort. Before you know it, exercise will start bringing you more and more relief as time goes on.

Private Label Rights (PLR) refers to any materials, whether articles, ebooks, videos or mp3 files, that are sold to more than one buyer, usually at a lower price than unique content. When someone buys PLR, they understand that they are paying a low price for non-unique content that will be purchased by many buyers. You may buy PLR products for any number of uses. There are just as many ways to implement PLR into your existing business structure. There are good ways to use PLR and not so good ways to use PLR. Let’s look at how you can use PLR to your maximum advantage.
You’ ll want to always look at the PLR you’ve bought before you put it on your site. As if the Google search bots need another reason to flag you. They will certainly ding you for duplicate content. Other people may be using the same items that you just acquired so always check to see how many individuals are using the same PLR. Keep in mind that some people simply flip PLR by buying and then selling right away.
